Orders & Delivery

Ordering Roses:

Orders can be placed anytime of the year. During the winter (end of May until late September) bare roted roses will be available. During spring and summer potted roses are supplied.

At the time of ordering please list some acceptable substitutes of your choice. Substitutes will not be sent unless you have indicated this on your order form. We ship our roses nationwide, through-out New Zealand.

All our prices include G.S.T.
 

Dispatch Information:

All roses are couriered to your home  and will be safely packed in strong packaging.

Confirmation of Orders and Payment:

Confirmation/invoices will be sent after we have received your order. Please pay this invoice by the date mentioned on the invoice.

We accept payment by direct credit (details on invoice), by cheque, Visa or MasterCard or, if buying at our nursery EFTPOS or cash.

Bulk Orders:

Please contact us for a quotation on bulk orders. Special discounts will apply.

Our Guarantee:

In the exceptional case that a plant fails to grow in the summer after planting, please let us know. We will replace the plant for free but will charge the freight cost to you.
